Coaching?

Let's start from the beginning...

In my role as a coach it’s my responsibility to empower you by providing the tools YOU need to succeed. This requires us to get a deep understanding of your mind and body. I will ONLY work with you if I’m confident that we can achieve your goals or that I can teach you the skills necessary so you can ultimately achieve them on your own. It’s important that you have defined goals or a clear image of what you want to get out of the experience, otherwise it’s going to be a waste of your energy and time.

When we have established that understanding we’re going to create a tailored & evidence based approach, taking into consideration your strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle! We’re going to have weekly check-ins to ensure that we’re moving in the right direction, making adjustments if necessary. This is the strength of coaching, we’ll be working together as a team to bring us closer towards the end goal, I’m just as committed to this as you are and I’ll be by your side throughout this process!

I believe in education, sustainability and empowerment; my goal is that once we’re done working together, you won’t need me or any other coach again!

Coaching is a two-way street. You can have the best coach in the world but if you’re not applying what they teach it won’t do anything for you. On the other hand, if the coach doesn’t have any experience or knowledge that can help you resolve your problems, they won’t be able to help you! That’s why you should ONLY hire a coach if you feel like you can trust them and are confident in their ability to help you reach your goals!
